Good value with annual plan

I was looking for a cost-effective way to get into yoga, and Man Flow Yoga offered a good annual subscription discount. I tried the free trial first, which was great to see if it was for me. The 'Yoga for Athletes' program has been a solid addition to my routine. For the price I paid, I feel like I'm getting a lot of content and guidance. It felt like a smart purchase for my budget and goals.

Love the workouts!

I just finished the '30 Day Yoga Challenge' and I feel amazing! The routines were tough but so effective. I can actually touch my toes now! I'm already looking at 'Kettlebell Yoga' next. This is exactly what I needed for my fitness goals. I'm definitely subscribing again!

Great programs, good support

I signed up for the annual Man Flow Yoga Members' Area after trying the 7-day trial. The variety of programs, especially 'Yoga Strength Builder' and 'Mobility for Men,' has been really helpful. I had a small issue with the app not syncing my progress on day three, so I emailed support. They got back to me within 24 hours with a clear solution, which I appreciated. The video quality is consistently good, and Dean's instructions are easy to follow, even for someone like me who's pretty new to yoga. My cork yoga mat arrived quickly, too, took about 4 days to reach Cincinnati. Overall, a solid service that delivers on its promises.

Always reliable, keeps me coming back

This is my third year with Man Flow Yoga, and they're still consistent. I originally started with 'Yoga for Inflexible Men' and now I'm doing 'Body by Yoga.' The quality of the instruction hasn't dropped off at all. I know what to expect, and they always deliver. The workouts are challenging but doable, and I really notice the difference in my flexibility and strength. That reliability is why I keep renewing my membership.

Effective, no-nonsense yoga

Did the 'Back Pain Relief Program'. Clear instructions. Noticed improvement in a week. App works fine. Good content. Worth it.

i saw an ad for a free trial but when i went to the site I couldn't find it right away. are they still offering that?

D Daisy Foster 3 months ago
Yeah, they usually have a 7-day or 14-day free trial. Sometimes it pops up as you browse or when you try to sign up for a plan.

It's probably still there. Try going through the sign-up flow for a monthly or annual membership, it should give you the option before you commit to paying.

How is this different from like, DDP Yoga or Peloton? I'm trying to figure out which one to commit to for my fitness goals.

R Renee Reyes 3 months ago
Man Flow Yoga is way more focused on strength and flexibility without all the spiritual stuff. DDP Yoga is cool too but MFY feels more structured for 'men's' bodies, if that makes sense. Peloton is a whole different beast, more cardio focused.

I tried DDP Yoga for a bit, it's good, but I found the MFY programs were more targeted for specific areas like back pain or shoulder health, which I needed. Less 'showman' vibe too.

Can I watch this on my TV? Like with a Roku or something, or just on my phone/computer?

N Neil B. 2 months ago
You can cast it! I use Chromecast from my phone to my TV all the time. Makes it way easier to follow along.

The app is pretty solid and you can usually mirror your phone/tablet to a smart TV. Works for me on my Apple TV.

Hey, thinking about signing up for Man Flow Yoga. My biggest concern is just getting started. Is it really good for someone who's never done yoga before, or even really worked out much?

P Paula 3 months ago
Yeah, totally. I was super out of shape when I started and the beginner programs are actually beginner friendly. They don't just throw you into advanced stuff.

For sure. I started with their 'Yoga for Inflexible Men' and it was perfect. The dude breaks down everything really well.

Do I need special yoga equipment, like blocks and straps, to do these workouts? Or can I just start with nothing?

M Mike 2 months ago
You can definitely start with nothing, especially for the beginner stuff. They show modifications if you don't have props. But having blocks and a strap can help later on for deeper stretches.

I just used some sturdy books instead of blocks for a while, and a belt for a strap. You don't NEED them right away, but they do make some moves easier once you get into it.
